The Munstead Wood is one of my all time favourites here in the garden at Jardin de la Maison Rose. It’s repeat flowering and produces some amazing, rich, deep, velvety, crimson, blooms, that have a strong old rose fragrance with fruity notes of blackberry, blueberry and damson.
Munstead Wood is an English rose bred by David Austin. A multi-award winning rose with sumptuous, fragrant flowers that would make a fabulous addition to your border or in a pot on your patio.
